WOD – wall ball love

No Saturday morning is complete without wall balls… The funniest thing is that I started to very clearly feel yesterday’s workout shortly after finishing this one.
The ONE body part where I rarely feel sore any more is my abs. Let me know if you want to challenge me on this. I’d love to try whatever you throw at me…
Oh! And my first go at Filthy Fifty on Monday!
WOD:
Complete as many rounds and reps  in 12 minutes of:
150 wall balls – 14lb
90 double unders or 450 single jumps
30 Muscle-ups or ring dips
*As many rounds MY BUTT… I didn’t even finish one round in the 12 minutes. Still suffered through the rope jumps, and the ring dips though. I ended up doing single rope jumps instead – 450 of them, and ring dips with a medium bands (being careful with a wrist). Well over 12 minutes.
