Thinner In 30 – probably the most revealing interview I have given so far
I mean, it had to be some lose-weight-quick scheme, right? Like lose 30 pounds by Christmas? Or how to be thin in your 30s?
I already knew (and admired) some of women interviewed – Molly Galbraith from Girls Gone Strong, and Janelle Pica, the red-headed powerhouse behind Primal Fitness Pittsburgh (who recommended me to Adam) – so I thanked Adam for the interest, and said that I’d check out few episodes to see if there was a good fit.
After listening to every single episode, I knew Adam was onto something. His true passion is “to help educate, motivate, and inspire as many people as possible to TAKE ACTION on creating a HAPPIER & HEALTHIER life through fitness and choosing the right mentality”.
That, ladies and gentlemen, is the life philosophy I could get behind.

I hope you enjoy it. More importantly, I hope it “educates, motivates or inspires”. Like I said in the podcast, if there is anything I wish I had done differently is to share what I have learned with others sooner.
