Thinner In 30 – probably the most revealing interview I have given so far

I’ll be honest when I first heard from Adam, the host of Thinner in 30 Show, requesting an interview, I had some reservations.

I mean, it had to be some lose-weight-quick scheme, right? Like lose 30 pounds by Christmas? Or how to be thin in your 30s?

I already knew (and admired) some of women interviewed – Molly Galbraith from Girls Gone Strong, and Janelle Pica, the red-headed powerhouse behind Primal Fitness Pittsburgh (who recommended me to Adam) – so I thanked Adam for the interest, and said that I’d check out few episodes to see if there was a good fit.

After listening to every single episode, I knew Adam was onto something. His true passion is “to help educate, motivate, and inspire as many people as possible to TAKE ACTION on creating a HAPPIER & HEALTHIER life through fitness and choosing the right mentality”.

That, ladies and gentlemen, is the life philosophy I could get behind.

My name is SOLO, and I support this message. 😉

So, here you go. Probably the most personal and revealing interview I have given so far. [And yes, I am a little terrified of sharing the link here with y’all. Ok, a lot terrified!].

Direct link and show notes here or see it in iTunes

I hope you enjoy it. More importantly, I hope it “educates, motivates or inspires”. Like I said in the podcast, if there is anything I wish I had done differently is to share what I have learned with others sooner.

I would love to hear your thoughts. Did anything in the show especially resonate with you? Do you share any of the experiences I shared? Or perhaps, you are a fellow coffee addict?

Drop me a line.

Liked this interview? Check out the episode on Obstacle Dominator podcast where I talk about the sport of obstacle racing.

Really enjoyed it, very inspiring. Thanks for sharing!
Also, it’s always interesting to hear new books-to-read suggestions. I remember you had a whole post on it with the list of awesome books, where I found ‘Essentialism’ by G.McKeown. I cannot locate this post, could you help me? Thanks!

Thank you so much for sharing. I really appreciate how much your podcast allows me to reflect and look at my life. Your story has a way of making me feel that whole “your not alone feeling” and again I really appreciate it.

Your the kind of person that comes into different individuals lives and empowers/inspires/engages with your language, ideas, and look on life.

    Thank you!

Reflect and make you feel like you are not alone – wow. I could not have wished for a better impact, Genevieve. I so appreciate you letting me know.

As for empower/inspire/engage – that sounds like one hell of a life mission statement! I love it.
