2 cans of tuna
1 can of pitted olives
1 can of lentils
1 can of corn
This is definitely a protein punch in a bowl – very filling. You can dress this with some oil and vinegar or some Greek yogurt and garlic.
And imagine what you could do if you had fresh vegetables!!!!
Oh my! [insert 50 Shades of Grey flashbacks here…] Whoo hoo!
