getting ready for change – Periscope series
Last week, I have launched a new Periscope series, looking at the readiness for change and motivation, within the context of transtheoretical model of change (are you geeking out with me yet?).
My purpose was twofold:
- to provide some (hopefully) valuable content to those of you who joined Operation Bucket List.
- to pay it forward as part of the current habit I am working on with my team, as part of Precision Nutrition coaching program.
According to the model, there are 5 (or 6, depending on the version) stages that we must go through in our pursuit of behavioral change.
