193 days – WOD (weights)

This is what happens when I do not follow my own damn advice… Do not do heavy weights workouts back to back. Dragging my feet today, and feeling it in the strength. Or lack of thereof.

warm-up:
10min, treadmill – 5min walk + 5 min run

PN weights workout:
walking lunges –> 4 x 10 (2/25lb)
unassisted chin-up –> 4 x 10
1/2 kneeling dumbbell chop –> 4 x 10 each side (25lb)

squat (machine) –> 3 x 15 (75lb)
single-arm high incline dumbbell press –> 3 x 15 each side (25lb / 25lb / 30lb)
1/2 plank dumbbell row –> 3 x 15 each side (25lb / 25lb / 30lb)
