warm-up:
5 min, walk on treadmill

10 min, run, 6.0 / 3%
20 burpees
8 min, run, 6.5 / 3%
20 burpees
6 min, run, 6.5 / 3%
20 burpees
4 min, run, 7.0 / 3%
20 burpees
2 min, run, 8.0 / 3%
20 burpees

total run time: 30 min
total burpees: 100

cooldown:
5 min, walk on treadmill

Every time I got off the treadmill to do burpees, I was progressively more soaked in sweat. Excellent workout – next time run faster, and 30 burpees! 🙂

Watermelon Goat Cheese Salad

  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 cup chopped watermelon
  • 3-4oz chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt + pepper
