167 days – WOD

Today is my off day. Well, sort of. Still maintaining the daily minimum for the Fitness Challenge. 🙂

  • walk 1 mile (treadmill)
  • 25 sit-ups
  • 25 pushups
  • 25 burpees
  • 25 squats
  • 20 lunges (10 per leg)
  • 75 jumping jacks
  • 2 minutes 15 sec plank –> 15sec bonus = yay!
  • 2x 60 second wall sits
  • throw in 100 rope jumps after every exercise –> lost count… 600? 800? Ugh – it’s really difficult to keep track of reps with speed rope. May need to switch to seconds or minutes.
