– warm-up –> rowing/plank
– Fran – 21-15-9 of thrusters (Rx) + pull-ups (purple band)
[7:49] Holy cow, this was painful. Reduced to single pull-ups by the end.

run/walk 1 mile – barefoot on treadmill, working on running form
25 situps
25 pushups
25 burpees
25 squats (part of morning workout)
20 lunges (10 per leg)
75 jumping jacks
2 minute plank
2x 60 second wall sits

150 min, teaching hot yoga
