164 days – WOD + melon smoothie!

I’m still sore after yesterday’s workout.

First day of the semester. After the performance-like 3 hours lecture, I had nothing more to give. Started the workout with a headache, finished the workout with a splitting headache.

1 mile walk on treadmill
25 sit-ups
25 pushups
25 burpees
25 squats
20 lunges (10 per leg)
75 jumping jacks
2 x 60 sec plank
2x 60 second wall sits

Post-workout smoothie:

1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen melon
1-2 cups of fresh spinach
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 cup of water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

*My first time putting melon in a smoothie – it was AWESOME! Trying it with berries tomorrow.
