159 days – WOD – trail running
After teaching two hatha yoga classes back to back, I drove out for a trail run with Captain Craig. The planned distance was about 10km, and he promised to behave. Which he did… for about 5km, after which we kind of… got off trail… The water crossings were getting progressively deeper, until the run predictably finished with a dip in a local waterfall.
Halton Hills waterfalls do not look quite as green this time of year. In fact, there was quite a bit of ice. And yes, the water was cold. Can I count this as a polar bear dip?

- 12.9km trail run in 1:17 + an optional dip in the waterfalls
