The classic case of “life happens” today. The planned trail run did not take place. Pro = I got a bit more sleep. Con = I feel blah. Lazy and unmotivated today. Totally dragging my feet. CrossFit tomorrow should kick my out of the funk. Meanwhile, keep moving…
